Maintenance

• Wear and damage inspection: Check whether the rolling elements, inner rings, outer rings and cages of the bearings have signs of wear, cracks, peeling, deformation and other damage. For minor wear, the bearing surface can be polished and repaired, and lubrication is done. If fatigue cracks, serious damage to the balls or rollers are found in the bearings, the entire bearing usually needs to be replaced.
• Installation and removal: When installing and removing bearings, special tools and correct methods should be used to avoid damage to the bearings. During installation, ensure that the bearings are installed in place, the matching accuracy meets the requirements, and are installed firmly.
